We filed suit against Deputy Kenneth Adair and conspirators for Criminal Violation of Catron County Ordinance 002-91 et. seq.

Our new Sheriff Keith Hughes and 7th District Attorney’s Investigator Ronny Hays investigated the case and found enough anomalies to have the case dismissed against Steve Gartin and the warrants quashed. They also provided enough discovery to identify additional defendants in the on-going Color of Law suit against Adair and conspirators. The Amended Petition for Redress of Grievance and Demand for Reparations is below.
